Our Transparency Promise: The 90/70 Return Policy
Because we cover initial shipping costs and pay our delivery teams fairly per trip, we have structured a fair return framework that keeps pricing accessible for all clients.
US Orders (7-Day Warranty & 90% Refund):
Warranty Window: US buyers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
Condition & Inspection: The product must pass inspection by our return team and be deemed in good shape before a refund is issued.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping fees. Because we absorb initial shipping fees within the US, we cannot cover shipping costs twice.
Refund Breakdown: Approved returns receive a 90% reimbursement of the item price, minus initial shipping expenses. Our delivery couriers are compensated per trip made to handle your package, so transit labor costs remain non-refundable regardless of a return.
International Orders (15-Day Courtesy Window & 70% Refund):
Courtesy Window: While international sales are typically final, we offer a 15-day window from delivery for customers to request a return.
Return Shipping: All international return logistics, customs, and shipping fees are fully paid by the buyer.
Condition & Inspection: Items must pass an inspection by our quality team to confirm they are in pristine condition.
Refund Breakdown: Approved international returns receive a 70% reimbursement of the purchase price.
Why 70%? International returns require us to cover non-recoverable export fees, courier trips, and duty costs. Additionally, returned international items are classified as refurbished inventory and cannot be resold at original value.
